董志强博士任职于华南师范大学经济研究所，自2008年任教授，之前自2004年任副教授。其主讲课程包括微观经济学、博弈论与信息经济学、数理经济学。其研究兴趣主要在博弈论及其应用、发展经济学等领域。目前的研究关注于运用博弈论理解经济发展中的政府和官员的策略性政治行为、劳动力市场行为,以及经济转轨中的社会冲突。

Dr. Zhiqiang Dong holds a faculty position at Institute of Economic Research of South China Normal University, at which he has been a full professor of economics since 2008, and previously was an associate professor since 2004. His teaching includes microeconomics, game theory and information economics, and mathematical economics. Zhiqang's research interests are primarily in the area of game theory and its applications, and development microeconomics. His current research focuses on employing game theory to understand government and official's strategic political behaviours in economic development, behaviors in labor Market, and social conflicts in economic transition.
