In live shopping, some internet celebrities mix counterfeit and genuine products to deceive consumers, which can be considered a form of probabilistic selling, with the products being referred to as probabilistic products. Once the live streamer's sale of counterfeit goods is discovered, they will be punished by the live e-commerce platform. Accordingly, consumers can be divided into two categories: expert consumers and general consumers. Expert consumers can 100% identify counterfeit products and return them in time to avoid losses. We construct a game theoretic model to study the platform's regulatory strategies in the presence of such probabilistic sales behavior, and further analyze the impact of the platform's punishment, the live streamer's influence, consumer categorization, and the commission ratios of the suppliers and the platform on the equilibrium.

【个人简介】

张杰，广东财经大学工商管理学院教授，博导，现任物流管理系主任、专业负责人，广东省青年拔尖人才、广东省高校优秀青年教师、广东财经大学“南岭学者”“青年教学名师”。主要研究领域为物流与供应链管理。在Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research等管理学国际顶级期刊发表论文三十余篇，主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、广东省普通高校创新团队等项目，2项成果获广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖。担任全国高校商务管理研究会常务理事、广东省物流与供应链学会常务理事、广东省软科学研究会理事、国家自然科学基金同行评议专家、广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖评审专家等。
